Our tours offer complete customization to suit your needs. Whether it’s the duration of the tour or the capacity, we can arrange the best option for you.

You can easily make specific requests by emailing us at info@comotour.it or by using the “comment” button during the booking process. Rest assured, we’ll respond to your inquiry within 2 working days.

Our tours are suitable for individuals of all ages and families.

However, at this time, we regretfully do not have specialized facilities available for individuals with disabilities.

Pets are accepted on board, however we suggest you communicate your request to your tour assistant in order to receive a confirmation.

Any additional service like food, drinks and toilet will be communicated through your confirmation email, varying by your booking.

Transports are not included in the tour price, however you can book a private transport through this section of our website.

Bookings

Our pricing is subject to various factors, such as changes in living costs, oil prices, market demand, and industry pricing fluctuations; these factors could affect positively or negatively our fares.

During the booking process or via email at info@comtour.it, you have the option to request additional amenities, such as specific bottles or food items, through our designated comment section.

Please note that there may be an additional cost associated with these requests.

To cancel your booking, please contact us via email at info@comotur.it.

However, kindly note that the 10% deposit made for your reservation is non-refundable.

Unless your experience provider won’t be able to find you another solution, you will receive a refund between 2-5 working days.

The payment for your tour will be collected on site before the experience starts.

Payments

We require a deposit to initiate the booking process with our local suppliers promptly. This is necessary as certain services are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another traveler.

In cases where cancellations are possible, there may be associated fees, including cancellation or administrative charges, which are covered by your deposit.

You can conveniently pay your deposit through the available payment methods indicated during the payment process.

For on-site payments, are accepted cash, card transactions, and bank transfers.

Before you depart

All the essential information regarding your tour will be communicated to you through a confirmation email.

Should you require further information, you can reach out to your designated tour assistant, whose contact details will also be provided in the confirmation email.

Relax, we’ll take care of everything.

On your trip

You have the option to request a change of time for your tour up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled time.

In case of unforeseen weather conditions, our dedicated tour team will make every effort to find the optimal solution for your tour.

 

The meeting point for your tour will vary based on the specific tour you have chosen, and this information will be communicated to you by your assigned tour assistant.

 

If you anticipate being late for your tour, please contact your tour assistant for support.

At the conclusion of your trip, if you are satisfied with the service you have received, it is customary and greatly appreciated to offer a tip to your tour leader.

While tipping is not obligatory, it holds great significance to the individuals who have taken care of you throughout your journey, serves as an encouragement for exceptional service, and is a longstanding practice in the tourism industry across various destinations with Intrepid.
